Returns & Refunds Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted gifts or change-of-mind purchases, so we encourage you to choose carefully before placing your order.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a return.
Return Criteria:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Gift cards or promotional giveaways
Clearance or final sale items (unless they are faulty or damaged)
Items returned due to change of mind
To initiate a return, please email us at stashsocietynz@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return.
Please be aware that we do not provide return shipping labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
